3 things worth your attention today

Full trust. God moments. Miracles.

Hello, legend.

I hope you’re having a beautiful, blessed start to your week.

I have three things to share with you today.

Attention

There are a handful of articles I’ve returned to again and again over the years.

Steve Pavlina’s “Attention” is one of them.

It changed the way I think about what deserves access to my mind, my energy, and my life.

Most of us think carefully about where we invest our money.

Far fewer of us apply the same discernment to our attention, even though our attention may be the more valuable resource.

Neville understood this deeply.

He described attention as the sap of life that keeps the things of our world alive.

What we continually attend to, we sustain.

Where has your attention been going lately?

Is it feeding the state you want to occupy and the life you want to create?

Or is it quietly keeping alive patterns, problems, and assumptions you have already decided to leave behind?

This is one of those articles that makes me want to pause, take inventory, and reorganize my life around what genuinely matters.

It also leaves me with a very Neville-like question:

What am I continually giving life to through my attention?

Set aside some uninterrupted time and read it:

God Moments

I came across this conversation between Keira Brinton and Kate Northrup last night and pressed play.

Within a few minutes, I had goosebumps.

Keira was describing a way of moving through life that felt deeply familiar to me:

Those special moments when I’m at my most aligned, when I fully trust life, follow my intuition, and act on the quiet instruction before I have all the answers.

She shares story after story of doing exactly that and watching life respond in extraordinary ways.

At one point, the bank account for her publishing company had fallen to $14. She walked into the bank ready to close it, heard a clear inner instruction from God to stop, and listened.

The following week, a client appeared who needed a publisher.

Later, she felt repeatedly called to go to Necker Island, despite the $40,000 cost.

She made a deal with God: if she was truly meant to go, $40,000 would need to arrive in her bank account the following morning.

Five minutes later, a client she had been speaking with texted to say she was ready to join Keira’s one-on-one program and would wire her $45,000 the next morning.

Listening to her, I kept thinking about what I personally call God moments.

Those moments when the inner knowing becomes stronger than appearances. You release your fear, trust the instruction, take the step, and life begins arranging a bridge of incidents you never could have planned yourself.

What moved me most wasn’t simply the money or the synchronicities. It was the level of trust she has built with life.

She listens.

She moves.

And again and again, the path appears beneath her feet.

Neville often said that the signs follow. They do not precede.

First comes the inner conviction.

Then the outer world begins to reflect it.

If you want to see someone operating fully in God Mode, listen to this conversation:

Unlock Presence Mode is underway

This weekend, we began Unlock Presence Mode inside my community.

Every day, a new 20-minute meditation is released, followed by a Presence Prompt to help you reflect, listen inwardly, and bring something from the meditation into your day.

Everything is available on demand, so you can practice whenever it works for you, wherever you are in the world.

After just the first day, people were already sharing experiences of greater gratitude, deeper presence, and a clearer understanding of themselves.

At its heart, this practice returns us to something Neville emphasized again and again:

Be still and know that I AM.

Before we can consciously choose a new state, we need enough inner space to notice the state we are already occupying.

Twenty quiet minutes can be enough to shift the tone of your day.

A chance to step away from the noise and the evidence of the senses, notice what is happening within you, and return with a little more clarity, intention, and inner steadiness.

Whether you’re returning to meditation after some time away or beginning for the first time, this is a simple way to build the habit one day at a time.

We’re only at the beginning, so this is a beautiful time to join us.

That’s it for today.

A conversation that deepened my trust in the unseen.

A reminder that attention is always giving life to something.

And a daily practice for returning to the stillness of I AM.

What’s been lighting you up lately?

Hit reply and tell me. I’d genuinely love to hear what you’re imagining, trusting, or feeling called toward right now.

Warmly,
James Xander
