You Keep Coming Back to It

That's exactly why it keeps growing.

Imagine watering a weed every day...

...and wondering why your flowers never grow.

It sounds ridiculous.

Yet many of us do exactly that with our attention.

Neville wrote:

"Your attention is as the sap of life, that keeps alive and sustains the things of your world."

Neville Goddard

Think about that.

Your attention is life itself.

Whatever you repeatedly return to...

...you strengthen.

The problem you keep replaying.

The criticism you can't let go of.

The fear you revisit every morning.

The story you keep telling yourself.

You're watering it.

Neville wasn't suggesting you ignore reality.

He was reminding you that attention is creative.

He even gave this instruction:

"To dissolve a problem... remove your attention from it. Become indifferent, and begin to feel yourself to be that which would be the solution."

Neville Goddard

That's the shift.

Most people spend their day studying the problem.

Neville would spend his day becoming the solution.

So here's something to try today.

The next time you catch yourself replaying a worry...

Don't ask,

"How do I fix this?"

Instead ask,

"What would have my attention if this were already resolved?"

Then gently move your mind there.

Not because you're denying reality.

Because you're choosing what you want to keep alive.

Where attention goes...

Life follows.

Choose wisely.

Have a beautiful day.
